Executive College Holds Orientation Day

24 May 2017, KUCHING: Executive College (EC) held Orientation Day at its Crown Square campus for April-intake students recently.A press release yesterday said the new students were briefed on relevant students matters and attended a preview on their respective programmes.

They learned about the policies and regulations pertaining to the college, as well as National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) applications.

Additionally, students were introduced to new and advanced campus facilities such as interactive TV, E-board, and Apple TV.

Students were also given welcome packs filled with exclusive EC merchandise and brand new free iPads as learning tools.

EC does not require students to buy textbooks as all the learning materials, handouts and assignments are accessible through the iPads.

Students also attended a Welcoming Party organised by the Executive College Student Council.

“The student council did a great job to put together a Welcoming Party for the new students. We want our new students to settle in quickly in their new environment and hope that they will gather valuable memories here in Executive College,” said EC CEO Sheila Sie.

EC offers Foundation in Arts, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and degree programmes in collaboration with Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) – Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) and Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Construction Management.

All EC courses are accredited and recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and Ministry of Higher Education.

The Diploma in Quantity Surveying is recognised by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

EC also promises 100 per cent job priority for graduates upon completion of studies in any company under the KTS Group.
